Unopened Red bull can be consumed within two years of its manufacturing date. For more details, you can check the expiry date printed on the can. It doesn’t need to be refrigerated but it tastes better when it’s chilled.
Opened Red bull should be consumed in 2 – 4 days.
Is Red bull Bad for you?
Many experts did various accusations that red bull or other energy drinks are bad for your health. But all the accusations were false out as the United States FDA and European Food safety authority has reaffirmed their safety.
Consumption of everything should be practiced at moderate levels. If you consume such high sugar content on daily basis then this may affect you, in the long run, causing diabetes and heart diseases.
Just remember don’t consume red bull or any other energy drink 5 to 6 hours before the sleeping schedule.
